Session 1: Reset, Reengage, Go!
Create your vision, goals and strategies to reengage, and to find and focus on your desires. This class will reinvigorate your passion to boldly chase your dreams and enhance your overall life satisfaction. This is a partial workshop format to get you thinking and follows the premise that positive actions and outcomes come from positive energy and emotions. This class includes handouts/materials.

Session 2: Relationships and Purpose: Everyday Love and Happiness
This session places importance on relationships and what we can each to do nurture what we have, strengthen and protect it, especially in our fast paced lives and all that comes with it. In addition, learn about meaning and purpose for your life, why it matters, and how to find it as soon as now.

Session 3: Physical Health: Nutrition, Fitness and Rest
Learn the importance of proper nutrition, physical activity and getting enough rest, and how compromising this proper self care affects the mind and body. We will look at the recommendations and most importantly, learn how to get enough of all three and find what works best for you.

Presented by: Kathryn Scoblick, owner Health Inspires, LLC, Certified Wellness Coach

Kathryn is owner of Health Inspires, LLC,  and works as a wellness coach helping people reach and sustain their optimal physical, emotional wellness through healthy choices.  She also works for St. David’s HealthCare as Director of Employer Wellness Solutions, working with Austin based employers on wellness initiatives.  She is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Austin Metro YMCA and sits on the Mayor’s Health and Fitness Council Business Group on Health to help community and employers with health promotion and disease prevention.  She previously owned and partnered in her company, co-creating nutrition educational tools and selling those to Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Round Up, school districts and retailers.  She feels fortunate to have partnered and interned with the nationally recognized Dell Center for the Advancement of Healthy Living at the University of Texas School of Public Health, which led to her being published in the July 2011 American Journal of Dietetics.
