Reset, Reengage, Go!

Session 1: Reset, Reengage, Go!
Create your vision, goals and strategies to reengage, and to find and focus on your desires to be the best you can be.  This class will enhance your enjoyment of work, life and play and overall life satisfaction. This is a partial workshop format follows the premise that positive actions and outcomes come from positive energy and emotions. This session includes handouts/materials.

Session 2: Relationships and Purpose: Everyday Love and Happiness
This session places importance on relationships in and outside of work and what we can each to do to protect and strengthen them.  When we focus on our strengths and team and our personal purpose, their is nothing we can't accomplish.  This is grounding for the fast paced lives in which we live and strengthens team and individual purpose and responsibility. 

Session 3:  Food, Fitness and Feeling Fabulous:  Your Physical Health
This session is a culmination of what it really means to eat healthy, get plenty of sleep and exercise.  Although each of us may have a different approach to taking care of ourselves, the fundamentals of health and wellness are the same.  Learn about diet and proper nutrition, why we want to find time to take care of our physical health, and how to make it happen.
