Large Group presentations:  (see "Hire Kathryn to Speak") All health and wellness topics from nutrition (general or specific to sugar or phytochemicals for example), exercise, purpose, authenticity, resilience, positive psychology, life satisfaction, relationships, dealing with burnout and the promotion of self care - designed, structured and formatted for your organization's needs.
